By the middle of October 2012, ITS Global has launched own business services in “ICT Products and Services – Solutions of Quang Trung Software City (QTSC)” to promote the brand.

“ICT Products and Services – Solutions of Quang Trung Software City” epitomizes the large community of ICT enterprises in QTSC. It provides the useful information about ICT products, services and solutions of these enterprises.

Starting as a company specializes in providing data digitization services in Europe, ITS Global now expands our business activities in Asia and America with offering new services, especially developing the services in local market:

1. Scanning Service for local enterprises
Scanning and indexing of documents, invoices, forms,… with up to A0 paper size in ITS Global (off-site) or in customer’s office (on-site) by using production scanner together with flatbed scanning accessories to process different types of documents such as thin papers, documents that can not remove spine like books, magazines, passports…

2. Data Entry
Data entry and conversion from hard copy (invoices, forms, library cards, books, magazines …) or soft copy (scanned images) into electronic data. Flexible export formats: txt, xml, csv… compatible with different database formats of customers.

3. Data Processing
Digitized data is processed according to requirements in order to apply for business process of customer or for archiving, data management, web research … The processed data is exported, encrypted and delivered as CD, DVD or any transfer methods requested by customer.

4. Image Processing
Photographs, scanned images are processed of quality and content by professional image processing software as the basic for designing and printing process of books, newspapers, magazines and catalogs…

5. eBook Processing
Any kind of input data, books, scanned images or digitized data, can be converted into various formats: Ibook, Mobipocket, Adobe Digital Editions … to be compatible with modern e-book reader devices (Kindle, Ipad, Pocketbook …).

6. Software Development
To provide full-package-service regarding to scanning, data entry & conversion, ITS Global also provides customized software fulfills customer needs such as: data archiving, management and searching.
