On January 14th of 2013, ITS Global officially becomes service provider of digitizing project for archive documents supporting for electronic record management of HCMC Tax Office and 24 Tax Bureau.

This is the second big digitizing project of ITS Global in recent time, after the digitizing project for archive documents of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Cooperation (PV Gas). As the plan, ITS Global will finish the project with 2,5 million pages within 6 months, using 3 Kodak scanners with the average capacity 50.000 pages per day.

Besides investment of modern facilities and skilled employees, ITS Global also invests to improve the process, applying advanced technology to increase capacity and quality of the project. One of the new applications is to apply barcode recognition in documents preparation step help it be easier and more accurate for archiving and searching, save the time and management cost.
