In order to develop and enhance to improve the quality of human resources, creating favorable conditions for employees to be self-confident, actively communication. At the end of June 2014, ITS Global has organized the basic English course for more than 40 employees of all departments, specially the Invoice Processing Team and Data Entry Project Management.

This English course, ITS Global has invited the teacher of the foreign languages school in HCM directly to teaching. The sessions were lively with many exciting activities, creating an environment for students to communicate confidently in English with each other. Firstly, the students are provided the theoretical knowledge through of lively lectures, simultaneous implementing with social situations, which was erected during in the class. Besides that, they can participate in some game shows to understand more about the knowledge learning by visually dynamic communicating environment, self-communicating with each other and especially they can introduce confidently about something happened around by the learning skills. The students are encouraged to use their English communication skills into practice their activities of the company to improve the work efficiency.
