On the weekend of 07 Sept 2013, ITS Global has organized the annual company trip for employees together with their families going to the sea city Vung Tau.

The journey started Saturday early from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau in the highly eager and exciting. In the afternoon, we arrived then started to join the outside team building games. The activities were so attractive that there were lots of tourists came to see there.

With enthusiasm of the young team along with agility and creativity of each individual in the groups, all five groups won the outstanding achievement. But best of all, that was the power of team spirit of all employees.

The trip is not just a vacation but it’s also an occasion to improve the team spirit with team building activities such as: how to build and development a team as well as the ability to promote teamwork and communication skills. The games also arouse motivation and pride in each individual to aim towards the general target of the company.

“Ten to Extend” is the slogan of company trip 2013. With many continuing efforts and attempts, after 10 years, the turnover and employee of ITS Global has increased 10 times in comparison with its early days of establishment, marks an important milestone in the development history of the company.
