From 23rd – 26th of July 2013, ISO Team of ITS Global conducted internal audit to verify compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2008 and Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO/IEC 27001:2005.

This program is part of the annual internal audit plan of ITS Global to review compliance procedures, regulations and objectives, policies and current manuals in ITS Global according to standard ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005. This internal audit prepares for the external audit in September this year.

As in previous audits, ISO Team and the auditors had a meeting to discuss the content and audit plan to ensure the accurate and objective results. The audit lasted 4 days of hard work and effectiveness of the auditors. The audit results show that the staff from departments are in good awareness of compliance with standards. However, there are some observation points which need to be corrected to match reality.
