From 22nd – 25th of July 2014, ISO Team of ITS Global, whose have extensive experiences to be conducted the internal audit to verify the compliance of all departments of the company with Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2008 and Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO/IEC 27001:2005.

This program is part of the annual internal audit plan of ITS Global to prepare for the external audit in end of August this year. Besides, this program was prepared to review compliance procedures, regulations and objectives, policies and current manuals in ITS Global according to standard ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2005.

The internal audit of this year was successful after 4 days with hard workings and effectiveness of ISO Team and the auditors. Earlier, ISO Team and the auditors have discussed together the content and audit plan to ensure the accurate and objective results. The audit results of this year are better than the previous year. And the audit results show that the staffs from departments are in good awareness of compliance with standards. However, there are some observation points which need to be corrected to match reality.
