In the middle of October 2011, DIGI- TEXX started develop the first four forms of the tax return document classifying software at Binh Tan tax bureaus. This is a software developing project to classify 16 regular tax forms of enterprises.

The main function of the software is classifying the document type and identifying the tax code based on the technology of optical character recognition (OCR). In addition, this software is a storage management system with functions such as searching and synchronization between the original and the digitized document as well as assigning access rights.

The project is part of the strategy “tax branch modernization” of the Binh Tan tax department. The goal of this strategy is convert all the records of tax return in to digitized data, in order to optimize the document management and storage. According to the plan, ITS Global will officially complete the software development with all the required forms of the tax department by the beginning of 2012.
