To facilitate the protection and preservation condition of personal properties of the company employees as well as ensuring the security of physical environment at the company, ITS Global has equipped the lockers for the use of our employees.

To define the demand of using, the office department made two parts of the surveys and based on the results of the surveys to equip the needed amount of lockers. Each employee registers to using their own locker and the registration are managed by the office department and use in accordance with the regulations of the company.

Equipping lockers for employees is to show the strict compliance with the requirements of the information security management system (ISMS) which ITS Global has been applied, namely the regulation physical security and environment (on demand of ISO/IEC 27001:2005). This procedure is specified the employees do not carry their bag with size over 20x20cm in the company. Therefore, each employee will be allowed one locker with the key to storing the bag and the personal items, food, drinks…prior to the company.

ITS Global committed the strict compliance with the requirements of the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2005.
