ITS Global enhances its market expansion to the US, Asia and Vietnam. Third quarter normally is a low season for ITS Global, since the company mainly providing outsourcing services for the European markets, and the period from July to September usually falls on the holiday in Europe. This year is particularly exciting with ITS Global and also is the period which ITS Global strengthens their recruitment with more than 400 career opportunities for operators.

ITS Global currently increases the amount of employees to meet the requirements of business expansion. This peak season requires not only the amount but also the quality of employees after training assessment. Attending the training program and passing the training assessment test is the minimum requirement to join the projects at ITS Global.

ITS Global’ trainer has worked hand by hand with its Software Development Department to build the training program which suits the training purpose for single project. This activity provides operators the understanding about the language rules and the tips for processing the data entry tasks. Every operator will be trained about the skills of capturing, indexing in fast and efficient methods to ensure the speed and turnaround time. Performance of operators was recorded by ITS Global’ in-house software to provide them processing speed. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Department will provide the daily Quality Control (QC) report classified by users to Project Manager for monitoring the status and improving training or supporting their team on time.
