At the beginning of August 2012, Mr. Bjoern Rittstieg, Business Development Manager of ITS Global had a business trip in Europe to have meeting with key as well as potential customers to introduce ITS Global’s services, such as Digitizing Services, IT Service Services, Data Entry and the new services Invoice Processing, Ebook Development and Image Processing.

This trip is one of customer care activities of ITS Global, helps to discuss face to face with customers about ongoing projects, get the forecast for upcoming projects and discuss the strategy for the next years. This is also a chance to get feedbacks or comments of customers officially and efficiently for improvement of service quality.
