The cooperation with Universities regarding the Career Orientation for the student is a good annual tradition of ITS Global. On 11th August 2014, the handicapped students from HCMC Van Lang University were welcomed at ITS Global to visit and learn about our services (Data digitization service, Business Process Outsourcing, Scanning Service).

Opening the tour is the introduction about history and the services, which ITS Global provides. Through this, the students have gotten more useful and interesting information about ITS Global from establishment to the present and known more about the outstanding growth of the company. Afterwards, they are also visited each department and communication with ITS Global’s staffs, especially the handicapped staffs to thereby learn more about their feeling and integration in the running workflows at ITS Global.

The visit was ended with more interesting questions & answers between the students and HR Department. On behalf of company, Ms. Phuong Ngoc Nguyen – Human Resource Manager has provided more useful information for them in the career orientation, recruitment plan as well as welfare policies of company, especially the priorities policies for the handicapped.

As this time, ITS Global was being improved and promoted to develop the HR processes to ensure stable recruitment for all Operational Department. ITS Global does not hesitate to cooperate with the universities as HCMC Van Lang University to facilitate the students, especially the handicapped students to have a suitable job after graduation. Since its establishment, the number of handicapped staffs of ITS Global always remained stable with 5-10% over the all staffs of the company.

Being a company specializes in providing IT Service, document digitization, data entry, outsourcing, document scanning, ITS Global want to cooperate with the universities for the main purpose, which orients careers for the students, especially the handicapped students to find suitable job after graduation. In the future, ITS Global will continue to connect with other universities, where has the handicapped students to introduce about the company’s services as well as provide opportunities for them to work at ITS Global.
