With the purpose of building a team of data processing operators with good skills, that can meet customer requirements, from earlier this year, ITS Global has built and implemented “Integrate Training Program”. This is a training program for new employees of the Data Processing Department, which was set up by the Production Management and Administration – Human Resource Department.

By joining this training program, new employees are equipped with basic knowledge about ITS Global well as the services and information security regulations of the company. The program includes:

1. Basic information about ITS Global and business filed of the company.
2. Customer characteristics and market filed of ITS Global.
3. Rules and policies of ITS Global.
4. Basic knowledge about the procedures of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008 and the information security management system ISO / IEC 27001:2005.
5. Theory and basic practice skills of all project types such as: full-text capturing, address capturing, library card entry, invoice processing…

At the end of the training, each employee has to pass a final test to check and evaluate their skills as well as acquire ability. Based on these results, ITS Global will have suitable measure to support and particularly retrain for employees who do not meet the requirements while working in real projects.
