On 25th of June 2011, Labor Union of District 12 associated with Ho Chi Minh City Youth-Worker Support Centre to hold the job fair “The youth and career in 2011” at the Labor Cultural House of District 12.  The aim of the job fair is to support local students to have a chance to learn about the career orientation and seek for job opportunities.

Being one of 15 companies joining the job fair, ITS Global has introduced their business fields and digitization services to the students. Besides, job opportunities in ITS Global have attracted majority of students to apply.

According to the first six months of 2011 statistic from the Human Resource Department, ITS Global has recruited around 50 new employees allocated for long term 3-shift projects and has given additional resource to other departments such as Software Development and Quality Management Department. In the 3rd quarter, ITS Global is planning to recruit more 70 Data Processing Operators (DPO) to work for new projects from European and US customers.

Compared with 2010, we have increased our staff from 170 to more than 200 employees in the first half of this year. Regarding to the project forecast, ITS Global will reach the number of 250 employees in the 4th quarter of this year. “This is a challenging target for my team, but with the motivated staff and our optimized recruitment process as well as a good plan ahead, we are able to fulfill the requirements from Production Department” said Mr. Duc, HR Manager.
