In the middle of 2000s, foreign enterprises entered Vietnamese market and opened data processing centers, to offer digitizing services and business process outsourcing (IT Service) mainly for customers located in foreign countries. One successful business among them is ITS Global. The market for data digitization is forecasted to have a domestic demand boom, affected by the information flow from e-government, education, health or business organization processes.

Mr. Björn Rittstieg-Business Development Manager has given some judgments about the local digitizing market and expand trend of ITS Global:

“For our business in Vietnam, we have currently a huge market for scanning services. Local and foreign companies are going step by step away from the classical archive methods with the storage of hard copies. Much more convenient ways are scanned and indexed documents, which are easy to manage in the customers systems. Besides, the market for Data Entry and IT Service Services is also developing in Vietnam. We provide a fast and accurate solution based on well performing processes and Quality levels combined with fast turn around times and Onsite services.
In our forecast for the next years, the market trends and the needs of digitizing services in Vietnam will increase significantly.

Within this year we have developed with three new customers and received a higher number of projects in the local market. In comparison with 2010, we have received in the development of the local market an incensement of about 60%. Our current biggest project in the local market is the onsite scanning project at the Ho Chi Minh City tax Department.”
